At ClearPoint, we are nearing the end of our development efforts to get our newest release out the door.  We plan to launch a new website along with our software, both to be revealed before the end of April 2016.  This new site will include videos to showcase our customers’ thoughts on ClearPoint and our Support team. Take a sneak peek below.

Certainly we believe in the awesomeness of our software – we dedicate our time to it, every day.  But what would our customers say about it? One great aspect of our software is that users can be in and out of it quickly.  It should free up their valuable time to do other things.  So while we knew our customers were happy, we weren’t sure what they would say on video.  We jumped at the opportunity to find out at our Second Annual Performance Summit in Ft. Lauderdale. Take a look below.

We are so grateful for the feedback and are humbled by all of the nice things that people said about ClearPoint.  It makes us want to work even harder to create the best management reporting software.  We’d like to say a huge thank you to our organizations that gave us feedback: Fort Worth, Boys and Girls Clubs, Fort Collins, Olathe, SBS Group, Sarasota County, and Fort Lauderdale.  Please keep pushing us on the next round of innovation.

Our customer support is an integral part of how we do business.  Having the right software is great, but having your questions answered quickly – by reporting experts – is critical to using it effectively.  So, while we had so many of our clients in one place, we also asked for their thoughts on our support team. Their responses are in the video below.

Again, we are so thankful for our customers, and this feedback is great. Our support team is passionate about quickly solving our clients’ problems, and we are continually looking for ways to improve. If you don’t think customer support is critical, just watch this video again.
