We are excited to share that ClearPoint has been selected among CIOReview’s “20 Most Promising Public-Sector Solution Providers of 2017”, in recognition of our rapidly growing municipal practice and the development of features such as the Community Dashboard and the Municipal Measures Library. A panel comprising CEOs, CIOs, VCs, analysts, and the CIOReview editorial board came to this decision after reviewing top companies in the public-sector solutions domain, based on criteria surrounding the vendor’s capability to fulfill the need for cost-effective and flexible solutions that add value to users in the public-sector arena.
As a cloud-based reporting application designed specifically with non-profits and municipalities in mind, ClearPoint tackles the every-day challenges that managers face by helping organizations in the public-sector to track and manage their strategic information in one centralized location, as well as create, customize, and distribute reports more easily and efficiently. Today, we are partnering with more than 40 municipalities to provide them with an all-in-one local government software that allows its users to not only more effectively execute municipal strategy, but also to engage the community and ensure transparency.
A few years ago, we enhanced our product with the introduction of the Community Dashboard: a customized public facing website that allows cities and counties to share their key measures and projects with citizens. Through the dashboard, local governments are able to keep their public-facing websites in sync with their strategic information in ClearPoint, ensuring that citizens have the most updated results of their local government’s strategic efforts.
This past February, we took our commitment to strategy and performance management for municipalities even further with the launch of the Municipal Measures Library, a platform for cities and counties to share the measures they are tracking and incorporate other local government’s measures into their own strategic plans, in the hopes of enhancing performance and collaboration. The Measures Library also provides contact information for the measure expert at each municipality, to encourage more effective networking between local governments.
