Adding a page in ClearPoint to ‘My Favorites’

You can add pages to ‘My Favorites’ from the page itself or from the ‘Manage’ page. This is true for individual element detail pages and summary reports. Adding pages to ‘My Favorites’ is a great way to keep track of pages that you view and update frequently. This article walks you through how to add a page to your list of favorites.

Adding a page to ‘My Favorites’ while viewing the page

From a detail page or summary report, click on the star icon. The start icon will become solid when the page is marked as a favorite.

To remove the page from ‘My Favorites’, click the star icon again. The star will no longer be solid.

Adding a page to ‘My Favorites’ from the ‘Manage’ page

From a Manage elements page, click on the star icon next to the element page you want to add to ‘My Favorites’. The star icon will become solid when the page is marked as a favorite.

To remove the page from ‘My Favorites’, click the Favorite icon again. The icon will no longer be solid and the page will be removed from ‘My Favorites’.

Accessing My Favorites

To view your favorite pages, click on My Favorites.

The My Favorites page will appear in list view, organized by scorecard. From My Favorites, you can navigate to element detail pages by clicking on the element name. You can also edit an element by clicking on the pencil icon.

If you would like to be alerted when your favorite elements have been edited or updated, click the box next to Notify on Changes.
