Any page in ClearPoint can be instantly exported and printed as a PDF to share with your leadership or team. See how this is done with Summary Reports below.

Export a page to PDF

From the page you would like to export, open the dropdown menu next to the pencil icon. Select Export to PDF and a window will open. Select the Page Size. By default, this is set to Letter. Select the Page Orientation. By default, these pages are generated in Landscape Mode. Click Generate to generate. If you change your mind, just click off the window and it will disappear. Depending on the size of the page or report, the PDF can take anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple minutes to generate. Once it is ready, you will be notified by the notification bell. You will also receive an email. From within the bell, you have three options. You can preview, delete, or download the export.

If you’re interested in making this export ADA accessible, please try creating it as an HTML export!

Exporting a Measure Dashboard to PowerPoint

You can also export a Measure Dashboard to PowerPoint using the steps above by clicking Export to PowerPoint.

You can export custom built Dashboards so that they display just one chart per slide, instead of the default four charts per slide. Create a new Measure report, and title it ‘Large Dashboard’. From the Report Type dropdown menu, select Dashboard. From the Dashboard Size dropdown menu, select Large Charts. Click Save when finished. Now when this Dashboard is exported in PowerPoint, it will display one chart per slide.

Exporting a single page to Excel

From the page you would like to export, open the dropdown menu next to the pencil icon.

Select Export to Excel. To generate the file for ClearPoint Sync, check the box. Otherwise, click Generate.

Depending on the size of the page or report, the Excel file can take anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple minutes to generate. Once it is ready, you can download the file. Alternatively, you will also be notified by the notification bell. Click on the bell icon to open the Alerts Inbox.

Click the download icon to download the file.

Accessing previous page exports

Under Documents in the left side Control Panel, click on Page Exports .

Here, a list of previously generated page exports will appear. To filter on these exported files, use the search bar at the top of the page.

Click on the Download icon next to the desired export to download it.

Uncheck the All Users box to see only the exports that you’ve generated.

If you would like to delete any previously downloaded page exports, check the box next to any undesired files and then click the trash icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Note: Next to the title of each report, there is a file type icon (P for PowerPoint, X for Excel, and Adobe Acrobat icon for PDF). You can also tell what type of page the export is by looking at the label at the end of the name.
