Making Edits and Updates
In ClearPoint, there is a distinct difference between editing and updating. Edits are consistent through time and include things like adding new measures and initiatives as well as owners. Updates change over time and include fields like Analysis, Recommendations, and even data.
When you edit an element, there are different tabs in the window for editing and updating the element. On a detail page, update fields display the period in the upper right hand corner.
