How to clear your browser cache
When you experience an issue that is isolated to your computer and the browser you are using, you may need to clear your browser cache.
By clearing your cache, you can ensure your browser will retrieve the latest update of ClearPoint rather than previously stored versions. Here are a couple of examples where clearing your cache would be a good first troubleshooting step:
- If there was a new release of ClearPoint and you are not seeing the new features
- If an image was recently updated on your home page, and your colleague can see the change on their computer but you cannot
