We prefer to give live demos so that we can customize ClearPoint to the way that you manage and give you a feel for how it will work in your organization. If you send us information in advance, we'll put in a goal or two with a few KPIs so that you can see how your information will look.

How does on-boarding work?

Our award-winning Customer Success team will guide you through an onboarding process that is designed to ensure your long-term success with ClearPoint:

  • Even before you sign the contract, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who is ready to help you succeed.
  • Your account manager will work with you to build a custom implementation timeline to meet your goals
  • During kick off, you’ll configure your account and set up your initial training and rollout plan.
  • Your account manager will then help you onboard and train the rest of your team to begin executing on your strategic plan.
