In his free time, Andrew may be found golfing, cooking, creating art, or exploring the landscapes of Utah - rain or shine.
Marisa helps clients achieve their strategic and performance management goals through successful implementation of ClearPoint. Marisa is originally from Michigan and earned her B.A. in Public Health and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Outside the office, you can find her in the yoga studio, trying to keep her plants alive, or listening to her favorite new playlist!
Ian leads our Product Development team, the folks that bring you all the magic that is ClearPoint. You’ll often find him arranging an internal hackathon for the team or building new software integrations. Ian earned a B.A. in Psychology from New College of Florida. When he’s not building new features, you’ll find Ian hiking to the next waterfall or binging through the latest series on Netflix.
Dan is on the customer success team, working to retain customers and encouraging them to use new features. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration - Digital Marketing from Liberty University. In his free time, he's either indoors, singing and playing the bass guitar, or outdoors, camping and fly fishing.
Yasmina manages the daily operations of our Arlington office and coordinates the company's internal and external event planning. She develops and maintains systems and processes that enhance our productivity and company culture. Yasmina earned her B.S. in Business Administration at James Madison University. She loves travel and food, and most of all, spending time with her husband and their daughter, exploring the world through her eyes as she discovers and learns new things!
Omar works on the sales team, reaching out to and fostering relationships with potential business partners. Omar is finishing up a B.S. in Health Science at The University of the People, while working full time. When he's not reaching out to potential partners or studying, Omar can be found on the Soccer field, be it as a player, referee, or coach.
Laurel helps our employees understand and access our company’s benefits, policies, and training. She also manages accounts receivable. Laurel earned a B.S. in Psychology at University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S.W at New York University. When she’s not assisting our team, you can find Laurel raising her sons to be good humans, coaching robotics and Scouts, and enjoying Atlanta’s food scene with her husband, Dylan.
Garrett works on the sales team, developing and fostering new partnerships with potential clients to help them create and execute their business strategies. He earned his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. Outside the office, you may find Garrett playing intramural sports or exploring Washington, DC.
Seth works on the developer team focusing on our React front-end and maintaining our back-end systems, be it implementing new features or debugging old ones. He earned a B.S. in Software Development from Western Governor's University. When he's not creating new site features, you can find Seth doing character concept illustration, playing Studio Ghibli songs on the piano, and playing games with friends.
Christian works on our product team, collaborating with the development team to help build new features in ClearPoint and improve the customer experience. He earned his B.A. in Computer Science at the University of Virginia. Outside of the office, you can find Christian playing volleyball, making cocktails, or freestyling over Lo-Fi beats.
DeAndre partners with clients to help facilitate strategic and performance management goals while using Clearpoint. DeAndre earned B.A.s in Criminology and Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. When he's not assisting clients, Deandre enjoys traveling and trying new cultural foods. You may even find DeAndre skydiving if it's his first time visiting a country.
Kelly works on the CS team, partnering with clients to achieve their goals through the effective usage of ClearPoint. She earned her M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. When Kelly isn't working, you may find her at OrangeTheory or searching for the best pizza in the Northern Virginia area!
Joseph is the Director of Customer Success at ClearPoint. He manages the Customer team and ensures that our support and implementation processes enable the success of our clients. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University. When Joseph isn’t assisting clients, you’ll probably find him and his wife getting their favorite Friday night treat, District Taco.
Bryce is on the sales team, where he connects with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University. When Bryce is not working, he can be found playing golf, spending time by the water, or hanging out with family.
Stran is part of the Sales Team, growing our business relationships and opportunities. She received a B.S. in Health Administration and Policy while serving as an Air Force ROTC cadet at George Mason University. When she’s not serving her country or working, you can find Stran spending time with her family and taking little adventures with her husband.
Megan works on the marketing team, increasing brand awareness, creating content, and connecting potential clients to sales. She attended Virginia Tech and received a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Strategy. When Megan is not marketing ClearPoint, she can be found watching the latest and greatest movies and TV shows and traveling to explore new places.
Heaven works on the customer success team, building relationships and ensuring our customers get the most out of their partnership with ClearPoint. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University. When Heaven isn't working, she may be found traveling, reading, or trying out local breweries.
As a valuable member of our sales team, Nick is dedicated to demonstrating the myriad benefits of ClearPoint to prospective clients. With a keen understanding of our reporting solutions and how they can enhance strategy management, Nick expertly guides clients through the entire sales process. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University, and when he’s not working, you can find Nick spending time with family, adventuring the outdoors, and playing basketball.
Dan works for the customer success team, supporting all activities related to helping ClearPoint customers achieve their goals through the effective use of our software. He studied Computer Information Systems at James Madison University. When he is not working, Dan enjoys trying new foods and watching movies.
Ryan manages ClearPoint's sales processes with major accounts, including sales calls, demos, and closing deals. Ryan earned a B.S. of Business Administration from the University of Richmond. When he's not selling, you can find Ryan rock hopping on the James River, hiking central Virginia's many trails, or playing fetch with his German Shepherd, Myles.
Dylan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and spends his time either in the clouds or in the weeds. He earned his B.A in Government from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Sloan School at MIT. When he’s not busy strategizing or coding, you’ll likely find Dylan cooking with his sons or exploring Atlanta with his family.
Neomie helps clients achieve success with their strategic and performance management goals through the implementation and management of ClearPoint's software solution. She has a B.S. in Marketing & Advertising from St. John's University. When Neomie's not helping clients, you can catch her training clients, shopping, traveling and checking out new restaurants!
As a full stack developer, Paul brings unique perspective and skills to help build and maintain front-end and back-end software systems. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia State University. Outside of work, Paul is an avid gamer and loves to play basketball for fun.
Shannon works with the Sales Team to generate high quality leads and provide insights on market trends. She has earned a B.S. in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University. When she's not generating leads, you can find Shannon working out and listening to country music for fun.

Chelsea manages most of the accounting aspects of the company and helps our customers stay up to date on their accounts. Chelsea received a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Missouri State University. When she's not at work, Chelsea spends most of her time outdoors with her 3 girls and going to concerts.
RJ drives new business for ClearPoint, guiding prospective clients through the sales process. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. When RJ’s not working with clients, you may find him playing his favorite sports – hockey and golf – or listening to his favorite podcast, Crime Junkie.
Ted is a Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and leads the sales and customer success office. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. When Ted is not in the office or responding to emails, you’ll probably find him with his family on a wharf in Point Clear or out back grilling by the pool with his wife, three children, and dog named Riley.
Matt generates new business and facilitates the sales process from lead generation all the way to the completion of a sale. When he’s not closing sales, you can find Matt following lots of sports and Steelers or Penguins games cheering on the great Steel City.
Sean is the Vice President of Sales at ClearPoint. He leads the Sales department and focuses on developing impactful, consultative sales teams that help grow the ClearPoint community. He earned his B.A. in Advertising and Sustainability from George Mason University. When Sean isn’t coaching his Sales team, you’ll find him chasing after his toddler or smoking some BBQ in his backyard.
Lauren assists customers with their strategic performance management goals by providing best practices and ensuring effective usage of ClearPoint through the Implementation process. She earned a B.A. in Human Relations from Trinity Washington University and an M.Ed. in Education Leadership from Concordia University- Nebraska. Outside the office, she enjoys judging cheerleading competitions and traveling in her free time.
Jake works with the sales team to expand and grow current customer accounts to their full potential. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College. When he's not working, you may find Jake coaching boys' soccer or playing in the UPSL.
As Director of Customer Success, Marisela leads the team responsible for our customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction initiatives, engagement, adoption, and retention. After earning her Bachelor's in Sociology from UCAB in Venezuela, she earned her MBA from the University of Maryland. Outside of the office, you may find Marisela traveling or on a beach.
Kate works with the Sales Team to engage and develop new business opportunities. Kate graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Marketing. When she is not connecting with potential customers, you can catch her in the gym working on her fitness or on a long walk around town listening to music.
Angel works alongside the product team to help build new features and improve customer experience. She earned her B.S. in Business at Babson College with concentrations in Legal Studies and IT Management. Outside of the office, you can find Angel at the pool coaching novice synchronized swimmers or spending time with family!

She’s also the expert behind our Community Dashboards that allow for transparency across organizations! Tricia hails from Washington and Lee University, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration. When Tricia’s not working with customers or building dashboards, you may find her out on the town, trying new restaurants with friends or at home playing with her adorable cat, Cashew.
