- Mathias Mangels is the President of RethinkingWorks, an AI-enabled strategy design and execution platform. A longtime strategic management professional, he has extensive experience in shaping long-term vision, aligning teams, and executing high-impact transformation initiatives.
- Laura Downing is the CEO of CLIR Strategy Coaching LLC, which works with leaders to increase their effectiveness as they implement strategy and lead teams. Laura is also a co-author of Twelve Skills: The Guide to Becoming a Stronger Leader and Accelerating Your Career, and one of the original Balanced Scorecard practitioners.
- Daniel Omara is the President of the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) and Manager of Strategy Management and Work Planning at the Bank of Uganda. He is a certified Strategy Management Professional with expertise in corporate strategy, economic policy, and public-sector performance.
Expect to leave the session with plenty of actionable ideas and a new lens for approaching strategy in 2026.
