Three hundred measures is not a reporting problem you solve with more tabs. At that volume the work is ownership, thresholds, and a cadence that produces a report on its own.
Want the methodology and the frameworks behind these numbers? Read the Performance Management Hub — the guides, KPI libraries, and QBR templates. This page is the software that runs it.
Every measure carries an owner, a target, RAG thresholds, and its full history. Status is recalculated from the actual value each period, so red is a rule — not a judgment call someone makes the night before the meeting.
Briefing books run on a schedule and pull live data: board packets, council reports, department reviews. Publish as PDF, as HTML, or as a public dashboard — from the same measures, without rebuilding a deck.
“What used to take us 40 hours a month now takes 15 to 20 minutes.”

Initiatives, budgets, risks, and written analysis attach to the measure itself. When response time slips, the pilot program, the spend against it, and the owner's note are on the same screen — this is the part BI tools don't do.

No. ClearPoint does not run employee reviews, appraisals, 360 feedback, or compensation cycles. It manages the performance of the organization: objectives, KPIs, initiatives, programs, and budgets, reported to executives, boards, and councils. If you are buying a review-cycle tool, you want HR performance management software instead.

RAG means red, amber, green. You set threshold rules on each measure — green at or above target, amber inside a tolerance band, red below it — and ClearPoint recalculates status automatically each period. Status becomes a rule, not an opinion. How to establish RAG statuses for KPIs →
