Not at all!
If you have a well-structured, perfectly thought out strategic plan, great! We can get you up and running fairly quickly in ClearPoint, usually in a matter of days, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait for that nirvana to happen. Many of our most ardent fans (clients) have told us that it was the structure of ClearPoint that allowed them to see the gaps in their planning process. They could start reporting immediately and continue to complete their strategic plan with a framework, customized to what they were looking for.
Nope! ClearPoint is flexible and works with all types of frameworks. You can create goals, KPIs and projects, and organize them in the way that works best for your organization. Tell us how you manage, and we’ll provide you with a proof of concept for how it will work in ClearPoint.
If you are just getting started with strategy execution or trying to convince your organization about how much easier life will be in ClearPoint vs Excel, then the Basic plan is for you. Medium-sized organizations who want to automate many of the processes, from data loading to automatically sending out reports, will lean towards the Professional Plan. If you want to leverage our API, create complex layouts and calculations, and manage a large rollout, then the Enterprise plan is for you. If you’re still not sure, don’t worry! Our team will work with you to find the best fit for your organization’s needs.
Nope! You can create an unlimited number of scorecards and elements (goals, measures, and projects) in any plan, without restrictions.
ClearPoint has some very robust import and export capabilities. While you have the option to manually enter your data within ClearPoint, you can also import data from Excel, CSV, or any database that accepts SQL Queries. Exporting is easy – you can export multiple (or all) elements of your strategy into a briefing book, or any single page to Excel or PowerPoint.
For more advanced integrations, we have an open API. If you’d like, you can export your strategy data into a JSON file and merge it with your other data into a Power BI visualization.
In simple terms, we are a full-suite strategy management application. While there are many competitors that do a small fraction of what we do, no one else manages the full process from end to end. Cultural change is one of the biggest challenges in managing any type of change across your organization, and our customer success team is here to help. We’ll help create time-based goals for implementing ClearPoint, and we’ll share best practices that have worked for other organizations. The key is to show how ClearPoint will make life easier, not create more work. Leveraging alerts, notifications, schedules, and briefing books will save everyone time and effort and get everyone excited about the improvement to their regular processes.
Turning ClearPoint on and getting your information in is just one step in our onboarding process. Integrating ClearPoint into the way you manage is where the real magic comes into play.
