What is a user?
A user is any person with a named user license who uses the software. In each of our plans, we include a base number of full users (5, 10, or 25 depending on the plan). You control the access level of a full user, from administrator, to editor. You can add full users to each of the plans, starting at $50/month. We also offer a limited use update license for the Enterprise Plan. This user type can just enter data and analysis, and it is only $10/month. We offer a third user, which is a browser, and we include 25 in the Professional Plan and an unlimited amount in the Enterprise Plan. These last users can just look around and print, but they cannot make any edits.
What is included in onboarding?
Onboarding starts with a kick-off call with your account manager so that you can set goals and expectations for our partnership. We’ll help with initial account configuration, adding users and setting up reminder emails. Your account administrator will also receive an administrator orientation session so that they know everything they need to about getting set up and beginning to use ClearPoint.
Is training included?
After the initial configuration and administrator overview (offered in the onboarding), our other training services are offered as an additional service We believe that users will learn ClearPoint quickly and easily by working with one of our professional trainers. All our training sessions are customized for your organization so that your users learn exactly what they need to do for their reporting each period. Combine end-user training, administrator training, and custom training to design a program that will ensure your success. We provide onsite and remote training.
What support options do you offer?
All users receive access to Basic Support which includes all articles and videos in our support center and email support. You can email us, and we promise to get back to you in one business day. Our Professional and Enterprise plans also include Premium Support for administrators. with Premium Support, you get a dedicated account manager, you receive a faster email response time (promise of four hours, but we try for less than an hour), you can call us on the phone, and you can use in-app messaging, which means you can reach us right when you need us.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
Yes. ClearPoint contracts are billed annually. Why? We have found that customers who can commit to a full year of using ClearPoint are more successful with their reporting efforts in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier ClearPoint customers. And we want you to be happy.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for signing up for multi-year contracts with our team. We want to be your long-term partner and ensure your success, so you can get the best price for committing to work with us as well.
Are you a United States federal, state, or local government organization that can purchase from GSA? We do have GSA pricing options available under schedule 70.
Can I have a free trial?
Yes! If you’re interested in a free trial, just chat with our team and let us know. We’ll schedule a quick introductory call and give you a tour to get your trial started. If it seems like ClearPoint might work for your organization, you’ll get a full version of the Enterprise Plan for 15 days. We also provide Premium Support so that you can message our award-winning Customer Success team from within the application to get your questions answered. If you like the software, you will be able to purchase a full plan and use the same account so that you can keep anything that you did during your trial.
