ClearPoint has been named a Stevie® Award winner for our excellent customer service.

The Stevie® Awards, organizers of the world’s premier business awards programs,  announced the winners and finalists in The 18th Annual American Business Awards®. ClearPoint Strategy was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category!

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, and Best Product or Service of the Year. Our team was nominated for the Customer Service Department of the Year category!  More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners. We are honored these judges saw in ClearPoint what many of our own clients see: a team filled with individuals ready to partner with them on their strategic planning journey.

The judges were amazed by our amazing customer support satisfaction rate, response time, high net promoter score, among many of our other stellar service metrics. Our numbers aren’t the only reason that judges chose our team as a finalist – many also mentioned our onboarding process, stating, “ClearPoint Strategy leveraging their own platform during on-boarding and alignment with process optimization is a win-win for the company and customer, especially when aligned with KPI improvements. Focus on both operational efficiencies like faster response time and customer satisfaction ratings is critical to ensure overall customer experience expectations are met and this team is keeping both in focus.”
