A Letter To Our Community

You're in our thoughts.

March 31, 2020

On behalf of the entire ClearPoint Strategy family and during this rapidly changing and increasingly uncertain time, I hope that you and your loved ones are home and safe.

At ClearPoint, we are embracing our “new normal” in ways that will enable us to continue to work, provide the level of service to which you’ve grown accustom, and remain connected to the communities we serve.  At the moment, we have put a pause on our field events, such as in-person training, regional meetings, and annual summit.  We will be restarting these as soon as it is safe to do so.  But, this doesn’t mean that we aren’t here to help.  We are still doing remote training and providing world class phone and chat support.  We will also be announcing some new virtual events in the near future.  Look for more information to come!

This crisis makes us even more committed to building a vibrant, robust community among our clients. As we navigate these uncharted waters, I encourage you to do what we at ClearPoint are doing —look for the good. I am in awe of the resilience we’re seeing in every community in which we work, as individuals, families and communities adapt to meet the challenges of these unprecedented times.

We are more thankful than ever for our team, our customers, and the greater ClearPoint community. Please be safe.

Best regards,

Ted Jackson and Dylan Miyake
