Meet the ClearPoint team. We’re big-picture thinkers, multiple-hat wearers, and expectation exceed-ers. We take customer service to an extreme and will do whatever it takes to get things done the right way. At the root of it, we are all striving toward a common goal: to provide organizations with a better tool to make their data-driven decisions.

Jonathan Chuang
Front End Developer & Soccer Fan
Jonathan is a React front-end developer with a background in UX design, who collaborates with product and development to enhance the user experience of Clearpoint Strategy.  He obtained a B.S. in Informatics, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction, from the University of Washington. When he’s not developing for ClearPoint, you can find him enjoying a soccer match, gaming with friends, travelling, or learning a new language.
Matt Pennypacker
Matt generates new business and facilitates the sales process from lead generation all the way to the completion of a sale. When he’s not closing sales, you can find Matt following lots of sports and Steelers or Penguins games cheering on the great Steel City.
Joseph Lucco
Vice President of Customer Success & ROCHESTERIAN
Joseph is the Director of Customer Success at ClearPoint. He manages the Customer team and ensures that our support and implementation processes enable the success of our clients. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University. When Joseph isn’t assisting clients, you’ll probably find him and his wife getting their favorite Friday night treat, District Taco.
Mara Plaud Rivera
Mara assists clients in achieving success with their strategic and performance management goals through the implementation and management of their ClearPoint accounts. Mara is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico and earned her B.A. in History, Latin American Studies, and Theater from Wesleyan University. When Mara isn’t assisting clients, you can find her spending time with her two cats, Jinx and Rini, and playing board games with her friends.
Andreas Hofmann
Andreas partners with ClearPoint customers to ensure their strategy reporting processes are smoothly integrated into our software. He then supports customers throughout the lifetime of our partnership. Andreas earned his B.A. in Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While not supporting customers, you’ll find Andreas running, biking, hiking or playing boardgames.
Marisa Sailus
Customer Success Associate & avid Spotify-listener!
Marisa helps clients achieve their strategic and performance management goals through effective utilization of Clearpoint. Marisa is originally from Michigan and earned her B.A. in Public Health and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Outside the office, you can find her in the yoga studio, trying to keep her plants alive, or listening to her favorite new playlist!
Irvisha Pervall
Customer Success Associate & Rom Com Enthusiast
Irvisha is part of the Customer Success team, helping customers bring their strategic goals to life, so they can achieve success with ClearPoint.  She received a B.S. in Accounting, from Virginia State University.  When she’s not helping customers make the most of ClearPoint, Irvisha can be found creating content, exploring new museums, working out and trying new pizza places.
Omar Ahmed
Business Development Rep & bass guitarist
Omar works on the sales team, reaching out to and fostering relationships with potential business partners.  Omar is finishing up a B.S. in Health Science at The University of the People, while working full time.  When he’s not reaching out to potential partners or studying, Omar can be found on the Soccer field, be it as a player, referee, or coach.
Neomie Peter
Business Development Rep & Certified Personal Trainer
Neomie works with the Sales Team to engage, develop & foster new business partnerships. She has a B.S. in Marketing & Advertising from George Washington University. When Neomie is not connecting with potential partners, you can catch her working out, personal training clients in DC, dancing, eating, or traveling to other countries.  
Ryan Wherrity
Senior Account Executive of Major Accounts & Smash Burger Specialist
Ryan manages ClearPoint’s sales processes with major accounts, including sales calls, demos, and closing deals. Ryan earned a B.S. of Business Administration from the University of Richmond. When he’s not selling, you can find Ryan rock hopping on the James River, hiking central Virginia’s many trails, or playing fetch with his German Shepherd, Myles.
Ted Jackson
Ted is a Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and leads the sales and customer success office. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. When Ted is not in the office or responding to emails, you’ll probably find him with his family on a wharf in Point Clear or out back grilling by the pool with his wife, two children, and dog named Riley.
Laurel Miyake
Laurel helps our employees understand and access our company’s benefits, policies, and training. She also manages accounts receivable. Laurel earned a B.S. in Psychology at University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S.W at New York University. When she’s not assisting our team, you can find Laurel raising her sons to be good humans, coaching robotics and Scouts, and enjoying Atlanta’s food scene with her husband, Dylan.
Yasmina Ramirez
Office Manager & FRIENDS TV Show Fanatic
Yasmina manages the daily operations of our Arlington office and coordinates the company’s internal and external event planning. She develops and maintains systems and processes that enhance our productivity and company culture. Yasmina earned her B.S. in Business Administration at James Madison University. She loves travel and food, and most of all, spending time with her husband and their daughter, exploring the world through her eyes as she discovers and learns new things!  
Henry Trammell
Henry assists clients achieve success through implementation ClearPoint’s great functionality. Henry is from Memphis, TN and earned his B.A. in Economics from Washington & Lee University. When he’s not helping clients, Henry can be found rooting for his hometown NBA team, the Memphis Grizzlies, or wishing he could be eating Memphis BBQ, clearly the undisputed best BBQ in the world.
Jenna Hamilton
Marketing Consultant & Dedicated Soccer Player 
Jenna is part of the marketing team, where she connects with potential clients, builds ClearPoint’s brand and raises awareness about our products and services. She received a B.S. in Management & Minor in Economics from George Mason University.  When Jenna isn’t raising brand awareness, she enjoys playing soccer, watching movies and exploring different culinary experiences.
Jason Dziczkowski
Director of Product Manager & Avid Sky Watcher
Jason leads our product management team and is committed to bringing excellence to our customers through highly effective user experiences and workflows. He holds a degree in Applied Science in Computer and Network Administration and is completing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Western Governor’s University. When he’s not executing on product roadmaps, Jason loves to share the night sky with his kids, to seek out galaxies and planets through a telescope.    
Alex Hawkins
Customer Success Manager & Long-Time Cello Player
Alex is on the Customer Success team and helps customers achieve their goals through the effective use of ClearPoint’s strategy reporting software.  Alex studied international business at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, IN. When he’s not advising customers, you can catch Alex diving into monetary policy and how in intersects & affects the US economy, and broader world markets. He’s also a huge advocate of financial literacy!  
DeAndre Thompkins
Customer Success Associate & Skydiver
DeAndre partners with clients to help facilitate strategic and performance management goals while using Clearpoint. DeAndre earned B.A.s in Criminology and Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. When he’s not assisting clients, Deandre enjoys traveling and trying new cultural foods.  You may even find DeAndre skydiving if it’s his first time visiting a country.    
Sean Callison
Sean is the Vice President of Sales at ClearPoint. He leads the Sales department and focuses on developing impactful, consultative sales teams that help grow the ClearPoint community. He earned his B.A. in Advertising and Sustainability from George Mason University. When Sean isn’t coaching his Sales team, you’ll find him chasing after his toddler or smoking some BBQ in his backyard.
Dylan Miyake
Dylan is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and spends his time either in the clouds or in the weeds. He earned his B.A in Government from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Sloan School at MIT. When he’s not busy strategizing or coding, you’ll likely find Dylan cooking with his sons or exploring Atlanta with his family.
RJ Messineo
Customer Success Manager & TRUE CRIME FANATIC
RJ assists clients throughout their ClearPoint journey, ensuring smooth implementation and management of accounts. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. When RJ’s not working with clients, you may find him playing his favorite sports – hockey and golf – or listening to his favorite podcast, Crime Junkie.
Angel Oh
Angel works alongside the product team to help build new features and improve customer experience. She earned her B.S. in Business at Babson College with concentrations in Legal Studies and IT Management. Outside of the office, you can find Isabel at the pool coaching novice synchronized swimmers or spending time with family!
Seth Church
Full Stack Developer & Character Illustrator
Seth works on the developer team focusing on our React front-end and maintaining our back-end systems, be it implementing new features or debugging old ones. He earned a B.S. in Software Development from Western Governor’s University. When he’s not creating new site features, you can find Seth doing character concept illustration, playing Studio Ghibli songs on the piano, and playing games with friends.
Megan Roloff
Marketing Analyst & Amateur Interior Designer
Megan works on the marketing team, creating brand awareness, producing content, and connecting potential clients to sales.  She attended Virginia Tech and received a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Strategy.  When Megan is not increasing ClearPoint’s brand awareness, she can be found watching the latest and greatest movies and TV shows and traveling to explore new places.
Shannon Ledwith
Marketing Analyst & sunset lover
Shannon works with the Sales Team to generate high quality leads and provide insights on market trends. She has earned a B.S. in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University. When she’s not generating leads, you can find Shannon working out and listening to country music for fun.  
Lauren Jackson
Senior Implementation Specialist & Competitive Cheerleading Judge
Lauren assists customers with their strategic performance management goals by providing best practices and ensuring effective usage of ClearPoint through the Implementation process. She earned a B.A. in Human Relations from Trinity Washington University and an M.Ed. in Education Leadership from Concordia University- Nebraska. Outside the office, she enjoys judging cheerleading competitions and traveling in her free time.
Ian Gornall
Manager, Product Development & MINIMALIST
Ian leads our Product Development team, the folks that bring you all the magic that is ClearPoint. You’ll often find him arranging an internal hackathon for the team or building new software integrations. Ian earned a B.A. in Psychology from New College of Florida. When he’s not building new features, you’ll find Ian hiking to the next waterfall or binging through the latest series on Netflix.
Tricia Jessee
MANAGER of implementation & Services & PIZZA AFICIONADO
Tricia manages our implementation and onboarding team to ensure the success of ClearPoint customers. She’s also the expert behind our Community Dashboards that allow for transparency across organizations! Tricia hails from Washington and Lee University, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration. When Tricia’s not working with customers or building dashboards, you may find her out on the town, trying new restaurants with friends or at home playing with her adorable cat, Cashew.
Shepherd Smith
Vice President of Marketing & Cocktail Alchemist
Shepherd leads our Marketing team, and enjoys “Being a marketer of technology, which makes me a professional bearer of good news”.  Shepherd earned his MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Shepherd grew up in Tallahassee, FL and moved to the DC area from Miami, having lived in Bavaria for 5 years in between (he speaks fluent German). He also very much enjoys being a father, playing tennis, and driving with the top down.
Chelsea Sasser
Administrative Assistant & Penguin Lover
Chelsea manages most of the accounting aspects of the company and helps our customers stay up to date on their accounts. Chelsea received a B.S. in Wildlife Biology from Missouri State University. When she’s not at work, Chelsea spends most of her time outdoors with her 3 girls and going to concerts.
Daniel Wagener
Daniel writes ClearPoint code, keeping customers happy by creating new features and updating old ones. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in English and Theatre. When he’s not spinning code magic, you’ll find him translating K-dramas or busting out Disney songs on the piano
Adrina Rahebi
Product Management Analyst & diehard Golden State Warriors fan
Adrina is responsible for researching product areas, running tests and identifying product defects, and documenting feature requests.  Adrina earned a Master of Business Admin with a concentration in Tech and innovation from Sofia University.  She also holds degrees in HR and Law.  When she’s not analyzing ClearPoint, Adrina can be found watching basketball games and especially the Golden State Warriors.
Sam Visser
Account Executive & French Enthusiast
As part of the sales team, Sam shows potential customers how ClearPoint will solve their reporting problems and allow them to better manage their strategy, and then walks them through the full sales cycle. He received a B.S. in International Business with a Marketing Management Concentration from Grove City College. When he’s not spending time with friends, playing video games or reading books, you can find Sam on the golf course.
Kate Gregory
Kate works with the Sales Team to engage and develop new business opportunities. Kate graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Marketing. When she is not connecting with potential customers, you can catch her in the gym working on her fitness or on a long walk around town listening to music.
Nick Scherr
Business Development Rep & Youngest of 6 Siblings
Nick works on the Sales Team to create new business opportunities.  He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University, and when he’s not working, you can find Nick spending time with family, adventuring the outdoors, and playing Basketball.
Jason Zeng
Software Developer & Food Connoisseur
Jason works on the product development team focusing on maintaining, expanding, and collaborating in our code base. Jason earned a Full Stack Java Developer Certification from Generation USA and studied Business Technology at Gwinnett Technical College. When he’s not busy coding, you can find him working out at the gym and also looking for new recipes to cook.
Ian Durkin
Business Development Representative & Licensed Yacht Captain
Ian works with the Sales Team to engage, develop & foster new business partnerships. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Lehigh University.  When he’s not closing potential customers, Ian loves to play golf, cook, travel, and be out on the water.
