Meet the ClearPoint team. We’re big-picture thinkers, multiple-hat wearers, and expectation exceed-ers. We take customer service to an extreme and will do whatever it takes to get things done the right way. At the root of it, we are all striving toward a common goal: to provide organizations with a better tool to make their data-driven decisions.

Alexis Angulo
Sales Development Rep & Dog-Person
Alexis works with the Sales team to help grow the ClearPoint Community. Alexis is a California native and graduated with his B.A. in Government and Latin American Studies from Dartmouth College. When he’s not talking to prospective new clients, you can find him exploring the city, befriending nearby dogs, or planning his next outdoor hike.
Ted Jackson
Co-Founder & Alabama Native
Ted is a Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and leads the sales and customer success office. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. When Ted is not in the office or responding to emails, you’ll probably find him with his family on a wharf in Point Clear or out back grilling by the pool with his wife, two children, and dog named Riley.
Aman Kaur
Sales Development Rep & Taco Hunter
Aman works closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to help grow the ClearPoint community. Aman is a Maryland native and graduated with her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Maryland. When she’s not talking to prospective new clients, you can find her trying out new recipes, planning her next trip or feeding her always hungry cat, Chester.
Pierre Leconte
Consultant & Swing Dancer
Pierre works closely with clients on ClearPoint implementation and training. Have a ClearPoint question? Pierre’s the one to help! Pierre hails from Boston College where he earned his B.A. in Biology. When he isn’t talking with clients, you might find Pierre out swing dancing or eating at his favorite lunch spot, Chipotle.
Abby Serino
Senior Account Executive & Book Nerd
Abby is a key player on the ClearPoint sales team, answering questions about ClearPoint features and helping leaders and teams manage strategy, simplify reporting, and take back efficiency. She earned her B.S. in International Political Economics from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. When Abby’s not talking with prospective clients, you can find her roaming the streets of Chicago with her puppy, Ollie.
Arah Kang
Arah works with clients to set up and manage their ClearPoint accounts. She helps set goals and customize ClearPoint for each organization. Arah earned her B.A. in Government and Legal Studies and Education Policy Studies from Bowdoin College. When she’s not setting up client accounts, you may find Arah filming as an extra for movie sets or going on a food adventure.
Juliana Kutch
Associate Product Manager & Analog Camera Collector
Juliana collaborates with the product management, development and customer teams to design and implement new features to empower our clients. Juliana is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she earned her B.A. in Design and Advertising. She has a M.S. in Engineering and Technology Management from Portland State University. When not at work, you may find her traveling with her wife, taking photos with one (or more) of her quirky cameras.
Rachel Smith
Rachel works closely with ClearPoint clients to help them implement ClearPoint. You’ll also find her working with the product and marketing teams, hosting a webinar or planning fun team activities. Rachel earned her B.S. in Global Health from Georgetown University. When she’s not working with clients, you may find Rachel enjoying some avocado toast (topped with Everything but the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s, of course).
Tricia Jessee
Senior Consultant & Pizza Aficionado
Tricia assists clients with implementing and managing their ClearPoint accounts. She’s also the expert behind Community Dashboards and heads our recruiting team! Tricia hails from Washington and Lee University, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration. When Tricia’s not working with clients or building dashboards, you may find her out on the town, trying new restaurants with friends or at home playing with her adorable cat, Cashew.
Joseph Lucco
Director & Rochesterian
Joseph is the Director of Customer Success at ClearPoint. He manages the Customer team and ensures that our support and implementation processes enable the success of our clients. He earned his B.A. in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University. When Joseph isn’t assisting clients, you’ll probably find him and his wife getting their favorite Friday night treat, District Taco.
Laura Dillon
Associate Consultant & Great Lakes lover
Laura assists clients with their strategy and performance management processes, ensuring that ClearPoint enables their success. Laura earned her B.A. in International Politics and Economics at Middlebury College. When she’s not answering client questions, you may find Laura enjoying a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream cone (Chocolate Fudge Brownie) while planning her next trip back up to Vermont.
Hannah Everett
Associate Consultant & Tea Fanatic
Hannah supports clients throughout their implementation and use of ClearPoint, ensuring that they are on their way to becoming reporting superheroes. She earned her B.S. in Operations and Information management and Marketing from Georgetown University. When she’s not working with clients, you may find Hannah exploring D.C.’s restaurants or enjoying a cup of tea.
Laura Chandler
Director & Animal Rescuer
Laura is the Director of the ClearPoint Community. She is responsible for fostering an active and strong community among our government clients. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech. When she’s not hanging out with ClearPoint clients, you’ll probably find Laura spending time with her son, two dogs and two cats (or maybe having her daily Starbucks coffee).
Ian Gornall
Developer & Minimalist
Ian helps develop code to enhance the ClearPoint software. You’ll often find him arranging an internal hackathon for the team or building new software integrations. Ian earned a B.A. in Psychology from New College of Florida. When he’s not building new features, you’ll find Ian hiking to the next waterfall or binging through the latest series on Netflix.
Dylan Miyake
Co-Founder & Code Geek
Dylan is a Founder and Managing Partner of ClearPoint Strategy and leads the product development and marketing teams. He earned his B.A in Government from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Sloan School at MIT. When he’s not busy coding, you’ll likely find Dylan camping with his sons or exploring Atlanta with his family.
Jenna Weaver
Manager & Tennis Player
Jenna is our Marketing Manager, helping us take our message to the world. She works with teams across the organization to communicate ClearPoint’s value proposition. You may also find her organizing the office or team events. Jenna earned her BSBA in Managing for Sustainability from Bucknell University (‘Ray Bucknell!). When she’s not making website updates or writing emails, you’ll probably find Jenna cooking plant-based meals or taking her puppy, Bailee, for a stroll.
Laurel Miyake
HR Manager & Needlepointing Nerd
Laurel helps our employees understand and access our company’s benefit programs, policies, and trainings. She also manages our company’s administrative needs and is our accounts receivable ace. Laurel earned her BS is Psychology at UMass, Amherst and Master of Social Work at NYU. When not at work, you can find Laurel raising her sons to be good humans, coaching their robotics teams and Scout Troop, and enjoying Atlanta’s food scene with her husband.
Amanda Atrash
Marketing Associate & YouTube One-Hit Wonder
Amanda helps market all of ClearPoint’s great features and values. Alongside the marketing team, she helps effectively communicate ClearPoint’s mission and value proposition. Amanda earned her B.S. in Bioinformatics from Virginia Commonwealth University. When she’s not at work, you may find her traveling, talking about her cat, or going on a run.
Zack Baker
Developer & Board Game Nerd
Zack helps the team to develop new ClearPoint features and support customers with technical questions. Zack graduated from Kennesaw State University where he earned a BS in Computer Science. When he’s not buried in ClearPoint code, you may find Zack producing music and working on his EP set.
Andy Foley
Senior Product Manager & Former Mutton Buster
Andy is our Product Manager at ClearPoint. He works closely with the development and customer teams to dream up new ClearPoint features and make them a reality. Andy earned his B.A. in History and Pre-health Studies, as well as his M.S. in Business, from the University of Notre Dame. When he’s not designing new features, you’re likely to find Andy playing hockey or cooking something fun with his wife.
Michael Goggin
Associate Consultant & Christopher Nolan Movie Enthusiast
Michael supports clients by helping them build their strategic and performance management processes within ClearPoint, ensuring they are using the software to its full potential. He earned his B.S. in Finance at the Pennsylvania State University. When Michael’s not assisting clients, you may find him watching a new movie, rooting for Philadelphia or Penn State sports teams, or spending time with friends.
