In anticipation of ClearPoint Strategy 7.0's release, we have completely revamped our Support Center. Yup, if we were house flippers, this would be classified as a total rehab top to bottom.

Can't you just picture the entire Friends gang dancing in the fountain, putting up colorful umbrellas, and then plopping down on the couch and turning off the light? I can! And if you cannot, I'd highly recommend you brush up on your 90s pop culture references – outside of work of course.

Searching for help files and videos just got a whole lot easier. You'll notice immediately that as soon as you commence typing, the system starts searching, which gives you faster access to what you are looking for and helps you narrow down your choices. And, when it comes to choices, we have laid out the top help articles right there on the homepage so you can find the answers to common questions without searching at all. Told ya we'll be there for you!

I don't know about you, but I have not been on a carousel since I was a child. However, now there is a carousel of help videos for your enjoyment. The scrolling view of videos is infinitely sleeker and videos will pop up right on your screen to save you time and clicks. Your pointer finger will appreciate it. Plus, you can browse support topics depending on your level of expertise including Getting Started, Using ClearPoint, Account Administration, and Advanced Topics.

If all that assistance does not quite get it done, at the bottom of the page, you can post a public question. Yup, we're giving power to the people. Discuss at will.
